Arizona knows a thing or two about vitality. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, a growing population that values active living, and a culture that embraces both adventure and relaxation, the Grand Canyon State is fertile ground for businesses built on health, energy, and quality of life. This fall, that landscape is getting a major boost as Relive Health— a national leader in personalized, science-based wellness — opens its first Arizona location at Tempe Marketplace. For co-owners and area developers Jon and Bonnie Brovitz, it’s more than a business expansion. It’s the start of a statewide movement toward healthier, more vibrant living.
“This will be the first of 12 locations we plan to open across the state over the next five years,” says Jon, whose entrepreneurial resume reads like a master class in building wellness brands. “We’ve been part of the Arizona business community for a long time, so it’s especially meaningful to bring Relive Health here.”
Jon and Bonnie aren’t newcomers to Arizona or to franchising success. Seventeen years ago, they became two of the first Massage Envy franchisees in the country, eventually growing The Brovitz Group to operate thirteen Massage Envy clinics in Phoenix and Tucson and three Amazing Lash Studios. Along the way, they employed over 500 people, earned the Massage Envy Spirit Award — the brand’s highest honor — and built a reputation for excellence before selling their portfolio to a private equity firm in 2019.
“We love creating spaces where people feel cared for,” says Bonnie. “That’s what made Massage Envy so successful for us, and it’s what excites us about Relive Health. Wellness should feel approachable, warm, and personal.”
Relive Health locations nationwide are known for blending advanced medical services with a welcoming, spa-like environment, and the new Tempe clinic will be no exception. “Relive Health has amazing clinics all over the U.S., but here in Arizona we’re bringing our own local touch,” Jon explains. “We’ve designed our space to be warm and welcoming, and our team is focused on delivering personalized, science-based wellness care that feels approachable. We want people to walk in and feel like they’re part of our wellness family, not just a client.”
That personal touch extends to the team itself, led by Dr. Todd Dreitzler, the clinic’s Medical Director. “He’s incredibly knowledgeable in hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and regenerative medicine,” Bonnie says. “We’ll also have experienced nurse practitioners and wellness specialists who are passionate about helping people feel their best.”
When the Tempe doors open, the menu of services will read like a greatest-hits list of modern wellness. Hormone optimization for men and women, medical weight loss programs, peptide therapy, IV therapy including NAD+ and Methylene Blue infusions, and regenerative medicine treatments will be front and center. On the aesthetics side, guests can expect Botox, dermal fillers, Hydrafacials, and laser hair removal.
Across the country, Relive Health’s most popular offerings are hormone optimization, weight loss programs, and IV therapy — trends the Brovitzes expect to see in Tempe as well. But they believe Arizona’s climate and lifestyle will add a unique twist to demand. “People here are active year-round, whether it’s hiking Camelback Mountain, training for a triathlon, or playing a casual pickleball game,” Jon says. “That kind of lifestyle benefits tremendously from services like peptide therapy for recovery or IV hydration for performance and energy.”
The Tempe Marketplace location — surrounded by restaurants, shops, and entertainment — will be an ideal hub for locals who want to weave wellness into their everyday routines. “It’s not just about coming in when you feel run-down,” Bonnie notes. “It’s about making proactive wellness a regular part of life.”
That philosophy will be reflected in the clinic’s Founding Member VIP program, which offers early access, exclusive pricing, and a personalized wellness plan even before the grand opening. “Our Founding Member program is the best way to jump in,” Bonnie says. “You can join at tempe.relivehealth.comand get started with your wellness journey right away.”
But for the Brovitzes, the Relive Health Arizona expansion isn’t just about premium services — it’s about building community. “We’ll be hosting wellness events, educational workshops, and partnering with local businesses,” Jon says. “We want Relive Health to be part of the fabric of Arizona’s wellness culture.”
That sense of connection is something the couple has cultivated in their own lives. Jon, a Syracuse University graduate with an MBA in International Finance from American University, is a YPO Gold member and active in charitable organizations like SAARC, Barrow Neurological Institute, Great Hearts Academies, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Bonnie, who holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA in Accounting from American University, is deeply involved in YPO, the Heart Ball Committee, and the National Charity League.
They also walk the wellness talk. Jon enjoys working out, swimming, and playing pickleball, while Bonnie is an avid hiker, pickleball player, and tennis enthusiast. “We’re both believers in staying active and taking care of yourself so you can enjoy life to the fullest,” Bonnie says.
For Arizonans, the arrival of Relive Health means greater access to cutting-edge therapies that were once only available through specialized or out-of-state providers. It also represents a growing trend: the blending of medical expertise with hospitality-driven service, creating a wellness experience that feels less like a doctor’s visit and more like a lifestyle upgrade.
“Arizona has such an incredible mix of people — students, professionals, retirees, athletes — and we see all of them benefiting from what Relive Health offers,” Jon says. “Whether you want more energy, better performance, improved recovery, or just to look and feel your best, we have solutions tailored to you.”
And the best part? This is only the beginning. With 11 more locations planned over the next five years, Arizonans can expect to see Relive Health become a familiar name from Flagstaff to Tucson. “We’re committed to growing thoughtfully,” Bonnie says. “Every location will have the same personalized, welcoming atmosphere we’re creating in Tempe.”
For now, the countdown is on to September, when the Tempe Marketplace clinic will welcome its first guests. The Brovitzes are ready, the team is trained, and the services are set to launch. But beyond the ribbon-cutting and the treatments, the heart of the venture remains simple: helping people live their healthiest lives in the desert they love.
“This is more than just opening a clinic for us — it’s about building community,” Bonnie says. “We’re excited to share the Relive Health experience with Arizona and to grow alongside the people who live here.”
In a state defined by sunshine, open skies, and a zest for life, Relive Health’s arrival feels like a perfect match — one that promises to keep Arizona feeling strong, energized, and ready for whatever adventures come next.
